Japanese Drama and Language Reviewという私のウェブサイトに、テレビドラマのシーンを 2 ～ 3 分を超えないように投稿しています。これらを公開するにあたり、私が念頭に置いている3つの目的があります。（一）日本のテレビドラマを宣伝するため。（二）生徒に日本語を教える。（三）日本文化への理解を深めるために。私はこれらのビデオの所有者ではないことを認識しています。著作権侵害は意図されていません。このチャンネルは収益化されていません。
1976 年米国著作権法第 107 条では、批判、コメント、ニュース報道、教育、奨学金、教育、研究などの目的での「公正使用」が許可されています。フェアユースとは、著作権法によって許可されている使用であり、それ以外の場合は侵害になる可能性があります。非営利、教育、または個人的な使用は、フェアユースを優先してバランスをとります。
上記の免責事項を考慮しても、私がまだ日本の法律に違反している場合は、合意に達することができるように、YouTube ではなく私に直接連絡してください。宜しくお願い致します。

I am doing so with three purposes in mind: To promote Japanese television drama. To teach students Japanese. To encourage a deeper appreciation of Japanese culture. I am aware that I am not the owner of these videos. No copyright infringement is intended. This channel is not monetized.
Under section 107 of the United States Copyright Act of 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research. Fair Use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
